Terms of Service

By commissioning me, you agree to my terms of service. Failure to abide will result in your name in a public blacklist so others will be aware of your actions.

1. General Terms

All of my prices are base prices. Depending on the complexity, the final price of said commission will increase. When starting your commission request, please write in a clear and nice manner. Failing to do so will make me work slower or not do business with you.

2. Payment

- CashAppAll payments must be done in USD and upfront. If not paid in full, I will not start your commission. Payment plans can be accepted for larger orders, but feel free to ask away!

3. Cancellations/Refunds

I have the right to cancel and/or refund your commission at any time for any reason.
Once I have started your commission, no refund can be issued under any circumstance. I am unable to afford to refund anyone due to the lack of commissions I receive.

4. Progress/Turnarounds

I'm more than glad to send progress pictures upon request! I may sometimes randomly send progress pictures as I feel necessary to ensure I satisfy your needs.Turnaround time can vary to many levels. Realistically, I do not give definite time ranges as they can be as short as a few days or several months depending on factors such as health, school, work, motivation, and personal life. However, I always strive to make sure I finish up as early as possible.

5. Commercial Rights

You have no right to sell, redistribute, or use my art for merchandise or any commercial use.

- Characters always flat colored
- Solid, pattern, or photo background (can provide details otherwise, I will decide)

Pagedoll - $10-$15 USD

- Canvas size will be 1600 x 2000 px or 1500 x 1500
- Characters always flat colored
- Depending on complexity, the price can be as high as $15 USD
- Character is isolated in a transparent background (with exception of few floating items like stickers, stars, hearts, etc.)

Icons

- Canvas size varies from 1200 x 1200 px. - 1500 x 1500 px.
- Can ask for solid, pattern, or photo background (otherwise I will decide)
- Usually experimental unless otherwise stated

- Features character drawn from the shoulders or chest up, with the exception of hands or arms showing (if applicable)

Halfbody

- Canvas size always varies
- Characters are drawn from the waist up or with partial legs

Fullbody

- Canvas size always varies
- Characters are drawn with full body showing

Scenic/Painted backgrounds

- Canvas size is usually 16:9, 4:3, or 1:1 ratio
- This type of commission is exclusively either halfbody or fullbody
- Price goes up with complexity and amount of characters
- Very much experimental, results may vary
- Extra characters are 25% of original price
